Sixth Expert Round Table on the Bolzano/Bozen Recommendations

I served as one of two invited experts to give a presentation of the Bolzano/Bozen Recommendations and their relevance for the states of the Black Sea region and and the South Caucasus. Organised by the office of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities, participating states invited to this Expert Roundtable include Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Russian Federation, Turkey, and Ukraine.

Focusing on the “General Principles” and “State Obligations” of the Bolzano/Bozen Recommendations, in my talk I also discussed the situation in Bulgaria, Moldova, and Ukraine in this respect.
