Co-edited with Cornelius Friesendorf, this volume brings together twenty perspectives from across the OSCE Network of Think Tanks and Academic Institutions. The questions we collective address centre on whether theĀ OSCE can survive:

  • Should it survive or has it lost its purpose when a major participating
State no longer respects the basic rules?
  • Should Russia be excluded from the OSCE, and is this feasible?
  • Should OSCE activities and structures be adapted, and how?

This is an open-access publication.
