Global Pluralism Index

Since 2013, I have been working with the Global Centre for Pluralism to develop a global index tool to evaluate and monitor a society’s treatment of all types of diversity and assess practices across the economic, political, and cultural spheres. Partly in cooperation with my colleague Argyro Kartsonaki, I have contributed three working papers to this effort:
  1. Early Warning through a Pluralism Lens: Assessing Scenario Planning
  2. Audit Tool Survey
  3. An Assessment of Global Values-based Benchmarks and Indicators
I have also participated in the Ottawa Peace Talks series with a contribution to a public debate on “Rethinking Crisis and Risk: ‘Early Warning’ Through a Pluralism Lens”
